1. SERVICE COVERAGE AREA
We offer shipping (pickup) services in:
- Delhi
- New Delhi
- Noida
- Greater Noida
- Ghaziabad

- Gurgaon/Gurugram
- Delhi Cantonment
- Nearby NCR villages, societies, and industrial zones
Service availability depends on:
- Vendor network availability
- Slot timings
- Volume of scrap
- Weather or traffic conditions
2. TYPES OF PICKUP SERVICES WE OFFER
A) Regular Scrap Pickup
- Household scrap
- E-waste
- Metal waste
- Plastic, paper, cardboard
- Old appliances (AC, fridge, washing machine, geyser)
B) Heavy Appliance Pickup
- Refrigerators
- Air Conditioners (Window/Split)
- Washing Machines
- Industrial equipment
C) Office & Industrial Scrap Pickup
- Computers, servers, IT scrap
- Machinery, tools, wiring
- Bulk metal scrap
- Factory surplus or demolition scrap
D) Scheduled Pickup (Pre-Booked)
- Customer selects date & time
- Free confirmation message sent on WhatsApp/SMS
3. PICKUP SCHEDULING PROCESS
- Customer places a pickup request through:
- Website form
- Phone call
- A pickup slot is assigned based on location and vendor availability.
- Customer receives:
- Vendor name
- Contact number
- Estimated arrival time
- Vehicle details (if large pickup)
- Vendor arrives for onsite weighing, verification, and payment settlement.
4. PRE-PICKUP REQUIREMENTS (Customer Responsibilities)
To ensure smooth pickup, customers must:
- Provide accurate material details
- Ensure accessible entry for vendor
- Disconnect appliance from electricity/water/gas
- Remove personal data from devices (mobiles, laptops, PCs)
- Keep scrap ready at the pickup location
If items are not ready, the vendor may:
- Reschedule
- Apply waiting charges
- Cancel pickup
5. SHIPPING / PICKUP CHARGES
A) Standard Scrap Pickup
- FREE within NCR for normal household scrap
- Minimum scrap value may apply in some areas
B) Heavy Appliance Removal
Charges may apply depending on:
- Floor without lift
- Dismantling requirements
- Extra manpower needed
- Long distance within a society/industry compound
C) Long Distance or Outside-NCR Charges
- Calculated based on vehicle kilometers
- Informed in advance
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Customer receives payment:
- Instant UPI
- Cash
- Bank transfer
Payment is issued before or at the time of pickup, depending on scrap type.
Vendors are strictly trained to pay:
- Accurate price
- Transparent weight
- No hidden deductions
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
A customer may cancel anytime before the vendor starts traveling.
FREE Cancellation applies when:
- Wrong slot assigned
- Vendor delay exceeds 60 minutes
- Change in customer plan
Charges may apply when:
- Vendor has already reached customer’s location
- Customer refuses after weighing
- Customer provided incorrect scrap details
8. WAITING TIME POLICY
Free waiting time: 10 minutes
After that:
- ₹50 per 10 minutes
- Or cancellation if customer is unreachable
Waiting time rules apply to:
- Flats
- Societies with security delays
- Offices requiring approval
9. FAILED PICKUP (Vendor Side)
Pickup may fail due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Vehicle breakdown
- Scrap volume mismatch
In such cases:
- A new vendor is assigned
- A new slot is issued
- Customer is notified by WhatsApp/SMS
10. NON-PICKUP MATERIALS (Not Allowed)
We do NOT pick:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals/flammable liquids
- Medical waste
- Radioactive materials
- Decomposed waste
- Government/sealed items
These restrictions follow:
- E-Waste (Management) Rules 2022
- Solid Waste Management Rules 2016
- Indian Hazardous Waste Rules
11. INDUSTRIAL & CORPORATE PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
For factories, warehouses, and offices:
- Valid GST details
- Gate pass (if required)
- Material list or BOQ
- Weighbridge slip (for large loads)
Corporate pickups may require:
- Advance scheduling
- Vehicle entry permissions
- Safety compliance
12. PACKAGING, WEIGHING & HANDLING
- Standard digital weighing machines used
- Large scrap weighed on weighbridge
- Materials handled professionally
- Fragile appliances moved safely
- AC dismantling done by trained technicians
13. LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY
We are not responsible for:
- Damage due to improper disconnection by customer
- Hidden defects in scrap items
- Delays caused by traffic or weather
- Misrepresentation of material by customer
Vendor liability covers:
- Damage caused by mishandling during movement
- Breakage of walls, paint, flooring during removal
