• Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 2 & Section 79)
• Intermediary Guidelines (IT Rules) 2021
• GST Circular No. 11/11/2017-GST

All physical transactions happen ONLY between the customer and the independent vendor.

NO scrap value is decided, fixed, or controlled by KabadiwalaOnline.in.

• Platform earns ONLY from voluntary service tokens or digital facilitation fees paid by vendors.
• Customers are NEVER charged for scrap value by our platform.
• NO invoice for scrap is issued because we do NOT purchase scrap.
• If a digital service fee is applicable, it will be titled “Platform Access Fee.”
• GST invoice is issued ONLY if platform revenue crosses ₹20,00,000 per year.
• We are NOT a scrap “trading house” under Indian law.
• Income Tax Act and GST law classify us as a “Service Intermediary,” not a “Scrap Business.”

• All pickups are performed by independent vendors, not KabadiwalaOnline.in staff.
• We do NOT provide weighing machines, vehicles, staff, or tools.
• Donation pickups: 30% goes towards social/environmental causes, 70% covers vendor logistics.
• Donation receipts are issued ONLY for approved CSR-linked cases.
• All e-waste is routed to authorized recyclers under E-Waste Rules 2022 & SWM Rules 2016.

• All physical dealings are 100% between customer AND vendor.
• Any dispute must be resolved directly between both parties.
• If a vendor behaves wrongly, the platform will blacklist the vendor immediately, but legal responsibility remains individual — NOT on KabadiwalaOnline.in.
• As per IT Act Section 79, the platform cannot be held liable for actions of third-party vendors.

• Customers must verify vendor ID before handing over scrap.
• Platform does NOT guarantee rates, weight, tools, or payment time.
• Once scrap is handed over physically, the transaction is FINAL.

By joining the platform, the vendor agrees:

• All pickups must be honest, fair, and transparent.
• Vendor must carry valid ID + platform QR verification.
• Vendor is individually responsible for:
  • Payment to customer
  • Weighing accuracy
  • Transport
  • Behavior & safety

Vendor accepts that KabadiwalaOnline.in ONLY provides leads — NOT customers, not payments, not scrap.

We do NOT hold any physical scrap — hence:

• No trade license required.
• No scrap yard license required.
• No local MCD/Nagar Nigam license required.
• No pollution license required.
• No GST on scrap value (we do NOT buy or sell scrap).

• NO invoice is issued for scrap value because the platform NEVER buys scrap.
• Vendor may provide their own receipt if needed.
• Any invoice issued by the platform is ONLY for:
  • Digital Platform Access Fee
  • Service Token Fee

KabadiwalaOnline.in, its founders, directors, or team members CANNOT be held liable for:

• Theft
• Damage
• Misbehavior
• Under-weighing
• Fraud
• Payment issues
• Contract breach
• Any physical incident

We ONLY connect — we NEVER participate in the transaction.

Information collected:

• Name, phone, address (for pickup)
• Device info, IP, browser (for safety)
• Vendor documents (for verification)

Purpose:

• Lead matching
• Safety & anti-fraud
• Service communication

Data Sharing:

• ONLY shared with matched vendors for pickup.
• NEVER sold, rented, or traded.
